FOR METAL & ALL MATRIALS TAKING IT OWN PLACE FOR CUTTING, REPLACING THE UNSAFE ANGLE GRINDER – USERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE PROPER WAY TO USE OUR NEW CONCEPT TOOL.
2. Use Gloves and Goggles
WHEN CUTTING METALS, CHARD WILL BE THROWN FORWARD & BEHIND THE UNIT WHEN CUTTING
3. Release bolt in the middle of the blades
Release the bolt in the middle of the blades using the blade key lock pin supplied, using lock pin re-tighten to light finger touch tight.
4. For Metal Cutting
For metal cutting, take black cap off lube stick and run a full stick through blades for super smooth running.
(WHEN CUTTING WOOD OR PLASTICS **DO NOT USE LUBRICATION SYSTEM **)
5. When Cutting ANY Stone, Tile or Brick
When Cutting ANY stone, tile or brick remove tungsten blades as shown in manual and install diamond blades.
(NOTE:** ONLY TRU BLUE TWIN BLADES CAN WORK ON OUR UNITS AND OUR UNIQUE BLADES CAN NOT BE INSTALLED ON ANY OTHER DEVISE**)
6. FOR SMOOTH CUTTING
FOR SMOOTH CUTTING NEVER APPLY ANY PRESSURE TO THE TWIN BLADE UNIT.
LET THE TEETH DO THE CUTTING
7. When using the Twin Blade Outdoors
When using the twin blade outdoors remember to use an extension cord marked W-A or W. This is the best way to maximize the power in the engine.
(WARNING: LOSS OF RPM WILL HAPPEN IF NOT USING AUSTRALIAN STANDARD OUTDOOR EXTENSION LEAD/S.
USING WA & W EXTENTION LEADS WILL EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOU TRU BLUE TWIN BLADE CUTTING SYSTEMS.)
